How much is a monthly subscription to phoBrio?
A subscription to phoBrio is only $15 per month. In comparison to other web based applications and downloadable software packages, phoBrio by far exceeds pricing and value.

Ok, so what’s the catch?  Why is phoBrio so affordable compared to other studio management software options?
We believe that everyone should have the chance to run their business the right way, whether you are just starting out or you have decades of experience.  We’ve been in the studio managment software industry since 2005, and were the pioneers of the web based application option.  Over the past several years we’ve had the opportunity to work with photographers from all across the globe, each with their own unique business needs. We’ve taken those years of experience and feedback from clients, and streamlined them into one basic application designed to work for everyone.  phoBrio contains the most relevant and popular features, and leaves out those that are convoluted and unneccessary.  After all, your studio management software should simplify your business, not complicate it.

Do I have to download and install anything?
No, phoBrio is 100% online. This means you can use it on as many computers as you want when you want. There is nothing to download and install and no networking needed. All you need is a computer with internet access, or any web enabled device.

Will phoBrio run on my Mac, PC, iPhone, Wii, Blackberry?
Yes!  Since phoBrio is an online application, it is multi-platform friendly and will run in any javascript enabled web browser. Being tied to a computer is a thing of the past!

I have 3 employees, does it cost extra to setup an account for each one of my employees?
No, unlimited user accounts are included with your monthly subscription. You can create as many accounts under it as you like.

Do I have to have a computer to use phoBrio?
No, you actually don’t even need a computer to use phoBrio. Any device that is web enabled can use phoBrio. This includes cell phones, iPhones, PDA’s and WebTV.

Do I have to signup with a contract or be a subscriber for a specific number of months?
No, our subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time without question. Simply send us an email saying you would like to cancel your subscription or login and cancel within the software’s admin panel and it’s done.

Is there a limit to how many pics you can post in a proofing gallery? Is there a limit to anything?
No. All we ask is you delete your galleries once you are done with them to free up space again.

What type of online security measures do you take?
Everything is always done over SSL (secure socket layer) and is encrypted.

Is there size restrictions on the proofing section?
No. All images are automatically resized to within 900×900 px at 72dpi so to upload large images only drastically increases your upload times. We recommend just doing a batch resize before uploading.
